The sequel to Sonic Chaos 1. Knuckles kidnaps Tails in his castle
and Sonic has to rescue him.
Sonic Chaos 2 has better gameplay than its predecessor , and you
can still use emerald powers ,
but this time you have all of them at the start of the game! You
can also turn into Super Sonic ,
as long as you have plenty of rings.
Extra Info
This game was also made with Klik&Play and uses improved version
of the Sonic Chaos 1 engine
so game looks and feels like SC1. You should play this one if you
enjoyed SC1.
Gameplay is a bit better than SC1 and again pretty long and enjoyable.
Tips
To use emerald powers ;
1.EMERALD = PRESS SPACE IN THE AIR - 1 RING
2.EMERALD = PRESS SPACE WHILE CROUCHING DOWN - 10 RINGS
3.EMERALD = PRESS UP + SPACE - 5 RINGS
4.EMERALD = PRESS UP + CTRL - 5 RINGS
5.EMERALD = PRESS CTRL WHILE CROUCHING DOWN - 20 RINGS
ALL EMERALDS = PRESS SPACE + CTRL - 30 RINGS + 1 RING FOR EVERY
SECOND.
Facts
- You will see at the title screen saying Sonic2 instead of Sonic
Chaos 2. That's beacuse I completely forgot about the name while
I was making the logo!
- Game was done just after a little while after Sonic Chaos 1 release.
No one believed it was done when I told them :)
- My main encouragement to make a sequel came from my cousin; he
actually played the first Sonic Chaos , finished and told me it
would be nice to play a sequel!
Troubleshooting
- If game graphics are messed up, open Sonic Chaos 2 setup. There
you will see and option to change graphic drivers. Toggle the selected
driver and exit the setup. Also try changing your colour mode to
16bit. The game should then work.
