Play as Sonic in this old Klik&Play game and try to capture
all emeralds back from Knuckles.
Each Chaos Emerald gives you a new ability you can use with rings.
This game is old but still fun in my opinion , a bit challenging
and long enough. Game has no music and has some bugs.

The very first game made by Magicgrafx Entertainment for public.
It was released in 1999 and was a hit.
It's still a nice game with clear graphics but gameplay can really
annoy you.

Tips
-To beat gliding Knuckles , press space bar to use your shield and
reflect his attacks to him. You can use your shield when the counter
at the top of the screen is full. Hit him 3 times and get your first
emerald back.
-You should really use your emerald powers to help you get rid of
badniks quickly.
To use emerald powers when you have them ;
1.EMERALD = PRESS SPACE IN THE AIR - 1 RING
2.EMERALD = PRESS SPACE WHILE CROUCHING DOWN - 10 RINGS
3.EMERALD = PRESS UP + SPACE - 5 RINGS
4.EMERALD = PRESS UP + CTRL - 5 RINGS
5.EMERALD = PRESS CTRL WHILE CROUCHING DOWN - 20 RINGS
Facts
- The logo at the beginning is my old logo and name ; Magicgraf.
- This game is my second Sonic game attempt. The first Sonic Chaos
was lost beacuse of a virus in development ... I re-started making
this game after the old version was lost. The first Sonic Chaos
didn't have any emerald powers ; which makes this game much better
than the first attempt.
- I didn't know there was an actual Sonic game named Sonic Chaos
!
- I never knew a game by me would be such a hit ! I remember the
times people screaming and running away when they hear even my old
games' names...
- There is a ski level in the source code of the game , which I
was supposed to put in actual game but couldn't find anywhere to
put. You can check it out by opening the game with Knp, Cnc, Tgf
or Mmf.
Troubleshooting
- If game graphics are messed up, open Sonic Chaos setup. There
you will see and option to change graphic drivers. Toggle the selected
driver and exit the setup. Also try changing your colour mode to
16bit. The game should then work.
